What is an “open concept” photobooth, and why do our clients love it?
Outside The Box Photobooth is open yet compact and stylish, Our booth can accommodate many guests compared to traditional 1-2 person closed photobooths. An “open concept” photobooth allows your guests to see all the fun going on in the booth while they wait their turn. Witnessing the fun going on before your eyes is Contagious! party guests have told us they “Love It”!
What makes Outside The Box Photobooth so special?

Will there be an attendant on duty to helper guests?
Yes! Depending on your event. 1-2 attendants will be assigned. They will set up and break down the photobooth at the venue, help with operation and printing for the duration the party, and make sure everyone has a good time. The are Outside The Box Ambassadors.
How many prints can our guests get, and where do they collect them?
Outside The Box Print Booths include a color printer and prints on site within seconds. Guests can return as many times as the like. Keep the Fun going,
What kind of props are provided by Outside The Box Photobooth?
We’ll bring a collection of props for your guests to have fun with. We have signs, glasses and hats. We will work with you to come up with the choice of props you want. If you’d like for your guests to use your own provided props, we can do that too. If you have any specific prop requests, we can work with you to get them.
What is a “customized” photo print?
We help you design a customized photo print and layout for the print size you choose. If your event or party has a specific “theme”, colors and/or event name or date that can be reflected on your photos. If you want to use your own logo or artwork, we can use files.
What print size choices do I have?
Our most popular print size is 2×6 strips. We can also print 4×6, 6×6, or 5×7 prints.
What are the venue space and power requirements for the photobooth set up? Can it be set up outside?
Our photobooth footprint fits within a 8′ deep x 8′ wide, by 8′ high. Our 360 video booth requires a 13′ deep x 13′ wide, by 8′ high. A power outlet should be within 30 feet, 110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet and the ground must be level. We can set up outside as well, as long as wet weather or strong winds are not present. The preferred covered area should not be in direct sunlight, or set up under a tent canopy may be needed (extra charge). If power is not available, we can supply a portable generator, at an extra cost. A strong wi-fi signal is required for the social media sharing.
Does Outside The Box Photobooth offer any extra options to make my event even more memorable?
Of Course! Our animated GIF is a fun choice that takes a series of images in a file, loops them as moving images, uploaded to the web. Add in our Social Media and your guests can share their photos through text or email. We also balloon arches, flower walls, neon signs, guest books, and audio guest book. (Please see rate packages as any of these can be added for an extra fee.)
What are your billing terms?
A non-refundable retainer is due to book the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. If your event get postponed to a later date, we can apply the retainer to the new date at no extra cost, provided we are not already booked for that date.
How far does Outside The Box Photobooth travel, and is there a travel fee?
We will travel anywhere within a 70 mile round trip from the 12211 zip code (Albany, NY). Travel outside that radius is prone to a travel fee.
